Were you looking for the Barbarian resource Fury, or the Druid skill Fury?
Fury is quite a monster of a weapon, especially when considering it is for the Barbarian class and they can wield two of these beasts! The Prevent Monster Heal accents the Chance of Open Wounds and Deadly Strike. All of this combined with life steal and Ignore Target's Defense makes this weapon that much greater. But the only loss is that it is specifically for the skill Frenzy, and if you use other skills, then are looking for something else.
