Mefis

Mefis, the Spirit of Love, was the alter-ego of Mephisto, Lord of Hatred, and was worshipped by members of the Cult of Mefis, a sect of the Triune. Mefis is represented by a red circle, which is the Kehjani emblem for the heart.

In the unfortunate truth, followers of Mefis secretly served the Prime Evil, Mephisto. Like the two other guiding spirits, Bala and Dialon, Mefis was also named after a Prime Evil.
