The Triune Leader Death Guard is a new type of monster revealed only in the form of Diablo III Concept artwork. Their relation to Triune Leader Blood Guards is unknown.

The Death Guard is a executioner style entity, personifying the true power of brute force and melee in combat. They are members of the Triune who are related to (or are possibly the same as) the Dark Cultists.
