Wretched Dead

The Wretched Dead are Zombies that apparently come in male and female varieties. Only the females have been seen with a hover tag above them, but what are presumed to be males share a lot of features with the female type.

They are thin, pale, and very slow of foot, and have red arms and giant red feet. The female appears to be wearing a torn dress and has long hair. The male similarly wears ripped clothing, but doesn't have any hair.
